when it comes to baking pans for bread and cakes and cookie sheets, each one of them I own, is made by Baker's Secret.
I find they are quite affordable and easy to take care of, and work just as well as the more expensive ones. If by any chance, your breads or cakes are coming out a little bit more browned than you would like, just make sure to check the baking times. A minute or two added to baking time, will definitely make a difference in the outcome of your baked goods.
