Avocado, celery, tomato salad

AVOCADO, CELERY AND TOMATO SALAD

I like this salad because I find it easy to prepare, it is a change from regular salads and it goes with just about everything.  The main ingredients are easy to wash and they combine deliciously.

INGREDIENTS:

1/3 cup          Kraft's, Sun Dried Tomato Vinaigrette - You can add more to taste.

2 medium        tomatoes cut in large chunks

2 medium        avocadoes cut in cubes - slice in half, remove pit by gently slapping it with the serrated side of a knife - the pit will                                                          come off easily.  While still in the peel, cut the avocado in cubes, with a table knife and                                                              scoop out with a tablespoon.

2 large            celery stalks cut into bite size pieces.

HOW TO:

In medium glass salad bowl, mix your avocado, celery and tomato.    Then add the Kraft Sun Dried Tomato vinaigrette.  Gently toss.

Refrigerate for 1/2 hour and serve.    I use a glass bowl because plastic or aluminum tend to interfere with the flavour of the tomato.

This salad goes well with hamburgers, tuna or salmon steaks  or chicken.

PREPARATION TIME:  15 minutes.

SERVES:  4 to 6 portions.
